Refund Window

You can request a refund within 7 days of the delivery date of your order. After this period, refund requests can no longer be accepted. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags still attached if a return is requested.

Non-Refundable Items

Sale and discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. For hygiene reasons, accessories and intimates are also non-refundable. Faulty or incorrect items are always eligible regardless of category.

How to Request a Refund

You can start a refund request directly from your account. Registered customers can open the order in "My Orders" and click "Request a refund"; guest customers can use the "Track Order" page with their order number and email, then submit the same form. Please include a clear reason — this helps our team review your request quickly.

Review & Decision

Our team reviews each refund request individually. Depending on the situation, we may approve a full or partial refund, or ask you to send the item back before issuing one — for example, for higher-value or potentially resaleable items. If a return is required, we will contact you with instructions. If your request is declined, you will receive an email explaining why.

Return Postage (if requested)

When we ask for an item to be sent back, you are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Receiving Your Refund

Once your refund is approved, the amount is issued back to the original card or payment method you used at checkout. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as the refund is processed.

Partial Refunds

In some cases we may issue a partial refund — for example, when only one item from a larger order is affected, or when an item is returned with minor wear. The amount approved will be clearly communicated in our email and shown on your order page.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer in-app exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, please contact us by email or WhatsApp. Subject to stock availability, we will guide you through the process. If the item is no longer available, a refund will be issued instead.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please submit a refund request within 48 hours of delivery and include photos in the reason field. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, including any return postage where applicable.
